As an AT&T Preferred Dealer, we want to be clear: We do not sell your personal informationto third parties for monetary consideration.

We may share your information with AT&T for the purpose of providing you with the services you request, but this is not considered a “sale” under California law.

Your CCPA Rights

Under the CCPA, California residents have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell
  • Delete personal information we have collected from you (subject to certain exceptions)
  • Opt-out of the sale of your personal information
  • Non-discrimination for exercising your CCPA rights

Exercising Your Rights

To exercise your CCPA rights regarding information we collect, you may:

  • Call us at 817-781-2824
  • Submit a request in writing to our business address

We will verify your identity before processing your request and respond within 45 days.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. The authorized agent must provide proof of authorization and you may need to verify your identity directly with us.

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights. This means we will not:

  • Deny you services
  • Charge different prices or rates
  • Provide a different level or quality of services

Offer Details

Switcher Reward Card Offer

Subject to change and may be discontinued at any time. Available only to new residential customers who switch from their current residential internet provider to AT&T Fiber (300 or higher plan). Customer must provide valid proof of previous internet provider’s Early Termination Fee (ETF) charge dated no more than 60 calendar days prior to AT&T Fiber order.

Reward Card Value:

Amount based on customer’s actual ETF from previous provider rounded up to the nearest $10 increment up to a maximum of $1000. Offer excludes taxes, service fees, return equipment fees, or ETF incurred on services bundled with previous provider.

Redemption:
Watch your mailbox!
  • You will be sent an email or letter with redemption instructions for each card offer.
  • Please allow up to 6 weeks from the time you activate your qualifying service.

Redemption required within 75 days from reward notification mail or email date.

Card delivered within 3-4 weeks after redemption to customers who maintain and pay for qualifying service from activation date and through reward fulfillment. Card expires at month-end 6 months after issuance.

Inc. and can be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted in the United States, District of Columbia, US Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico. No cash access.
